Section 7. If the watchers or of ficers of the law who are admitted to the polling place by the managers shall interfere with the managers „,or obstruct the voting, it shall be the du ty of the managers to suspend the e- leetion until order is restored or as may be provided by the’ rules of the party. No person shall be allowed to approach polling places within 25 feet while polls are- open, bther than the persons herein provided for. Section 8.
