Bringloe Moody, Solomon Brown, McLaurin Brooker and Furman Owens were successful in passing the examination for the navy last week. Messrs. ‘ Hoody and Brown have al ready gone to the training station and Messrs. Brooker and Owens expect a call to report any day.
