First-—We have visited the Jail and find it in good order and very clean- We find, hswever, that the heating ap paratus Is out of order, which causes much suffering among the prisoners from cold. Wc are also of the opinion that the present appa ratus is entirely insufficient for proper ly warming all the rooms, and we re commend that the County Commission ers put a new beating apparatus that will make tiie jail comfortable and that they havs it ready for use before the cold weather sets in next fall.
