Shau die City Council of the City of Camden be empowered to issue, either as a tingle issue or from time to time as several ante issues, not exceeding 000.00 of general obligation of the City of Camden, whose proceeds shall be expended for ex tensions and improvements to the Waterworks System of the City of Camden? 2. Shall the City Council of the City of Camden be empowered to issue, either as a single issue, or from time to time as several sep arate issues, not exceeding $115,- 000.00 of general obligation bonds of the City of Camden, whose pro ceeds shall be expended for exten sions and improvements to the Electrical Distribution System of the City of Camden? 3. Shall the City Council of the City of Camden be empowered to issue, either as a single issue or from time to time as several sep arate issues, not exceeding $148,- 000.00 of general obligation bonds of the City of Camden, whose proceeds shall be expended for extensions and improvements to the Sewerage System of the City of Camden? . 4. The election will be held at the Camden Opera House, in the City of Camden, and the Managers of Election are as follows: Mrs. M. G. Huckabee, Mrs. Hubert Wilson and Mrs. J. H. Strak. The polls will be opened for said election at 8 o’clock in the forenoon and will be closed at 4 o’clock in the afternoon on the day and at the place aforesaid.
