While no date has been offic ially mentioned for the election it is thought now that it will be held somewhere around the first of September. It is generally be lieved that Council will set the election from 40 to 60 days from the date of the call and since necessary legal requirements will delay the calling of the election for about two weeks it will prob- abty be September before the vote is taken.
