Had this not been done the school would not have come to Camden and we would not have a half million dollar airport today. The Jaclyn Hosiery mill and the Supreme Products Company came as a result of utilities furnished by this administration. . • ■ - \ 3. The McCorkle Administration installed public utilities, water and li^ts, from the airport to.the river, providing facilities for hundreds of new industries soon to come to our community. 4. The McCorkle Administration is at present in the midst of a vast expan- ; * sion program of public utilities, water, fight and sewage extension, and when completed, Camden vrill have double it’s present water supply which today is inadequate to taike care of antidpated nee^ * •w • *1 V 5.
