Increase efficient production ,of corn, small grains, grain sor- arhums, pastures, annual grazing, 'silage, and other feed crops. Where grain crops are short, sow spring Mts. 2. Plan the farm* to make the best use of land, labor, and rqulp- laent, and for efficient production to meet market demands. 3. Solis: Improve productlvlly of ‘oils through liming, proper fertiil- ration, cover crops, crop rotation, tenracinK, drainage, and irrigation. 4. Equipment: Extend tho ef- f'clent use and upkeep of Improved farm machinery and farm and home equipment, and rural electri fication. 5.
