J. Manly Smith of Biahop- vllie. on Sunday. August 8, at 3 o’clock in the afternoon. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. O. Floyd Montgomery, pas tor of E^lmt Baptist church, at the home-of the bride’s aunt. Mm. Ed ward E. Holland on Fair street, in the presence of the immediate families. 'The bride, a lovely brunette, waa stunning in a white tropical worsted suit with black and white accessories and her flowers were a shoulder corsage of purple lipped white orchida. Immediately after the ceremony, the bride and groom left for a short wedding trip to the moun tains of North Carolina, after which they will be at home at 207 De Kalb street.
