Mr. Dinkins • is the son of Mrs. John Dinkins and the late Mr. Din- kina of Logoff. He served three years and nine months in the army. 23 months of which was spent in the Pacific. He was a staff ser geant, and since his discharge he has held a responsible position in Columbia.
