She was the daugh ter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Henry Jackson and had made her home in the Logoff community all her life. She Is survived by- an adopted daughter, Mrs. Ruby McAleer of Logoff; two brothers, J. T. and I. J.' Jackson of Lugoff, and six sisters. Mrs. T. B. Branham, Mrs. T. C. Hinson, Mrs. G. N. Ray and Mrs. Leslie Ray of Lugoff, Mrs. T. W. Crosland of Columbia and Mrs. B. T. Ray of Bishopvllle, Funeral services were held at 2 o’clock Sunday afternoon from the Springdale Baptist church, conduct ed by the Rev. Mr. Jlles and the Rev. Mr. Donnelley.
