Snttyn, who died at the home of her daughter. Mra. B. I. Maddox, here Saturday night, was burted in the church yard of the Harmony Baptist chnrch at Blaney Monday afternoon at 6 o’clock. Rev. Mrs. Kennedy and Rev. Mr. WUlis of Columbia, officiated. Mrs. Sutton, who was 71 years of age, leaves two sons, Jesse S. and Alonso Sutton of Columbia, a daugh ter, Mra. B. I. Woodard T;' Stokes, 26, of routb 1, box 67, Bethune, has recovered at the 166th General hospital in Ehigland from mine shrapn^ wounds receivetl on Feb. 7. 1946. Faile, Kershaw, is a member of a 12th Air Force Mitchell bomber group which is fighting over tbe Italian Alps. Since going overseas Pfc. Falls has been awarded the Ehiro- pean African Middle East campaign ribbon with three battle stars. His mother, Mrs. B. J. Fsile, resides at Kershaw. The parents of Ist Sgt. G. S.
