Be it ordained by the City Council
o( Camden," Soqth Carolina, in due

June, 1943.
Section 1. That the retail sale of
beer and wine within the corporate
limits of the Cit]r of Camden. South
Carolina, shall and h^eby is, un
lawful between the hours of 12 mid
night and 7 a. m.
Section 2. Any person violating the
provisions* of this ordinance shall
upon conviction be fined a sum not
more than $60:00 or be imprisoned "not
more than 16- days and that such
imprisonment may at the discretion of
the City Recorder be accompanied
with the additional requirement of
hard labor on ths streets of said City.
