The double-classification gang took the ltotes into camp at Athletic field last Thursday in a damp battle by a 19 to 8 score, almost a replica of the 22 to 7 defeat the ltotarians handed out in the Initial encounter. The result of the Thursday fracas put the series In a oueall tie and the final and deciding game will be played at Athletic field on Thursday, August 18. at 8 p. m. liasll Hruce who bold'the Klwanlaus helpless In the Initial game played on July 6, was nicked for sixteen blows ! by the Creed boys Thursday, while his mates slid all over the slippery park to post the amazing total of twelve bobbles. The Hotes got to the elusive slants of Creed for nine hits, but they wore all scattered. Herbert took the ball on his shoe laces, stepped on second before Hums could get back and then shot the ball to Artie Clark at tirst to got deLoach. The Klwanlaus went on a scoring spree in the first frame, when three hits tlve errors and a walk, puL eight counters over the plate. They added a run In the third, three in the fourth, one In the fifth, one in the sixth and tlve In the seventh. Herbert and Tupper were the hitting demons of the clan with three hits each. Teh Kiwanians booted the ball but, four times. Hruce was one of the outstanding heroes of the game, even though his team was beaten. The captain of the Rotes, who has a badly eripyled leftj flipper, was game enough to go in an. pitch the entire game when no one could be found who was adequate for mound duty. On the night of July 12, 1933, a man known as "Johnnie" kept Famularo after hours and asked him to admit three friends when they knocked.
