After cards the hostesses served a five-course luncheon. Quantities of gladiola in which pink nredominiated, and large vases of larkapur were placed abmit the reception hall and in the rooms in which the six tables were arranged for the guests. A large, tulle bow showered with sweet peas marked the place for the brideelect and for Miss Harriet Whitaker, who is also a bride-elect of this month. The hi^h score prize was won by Mrs. Henry Eichel and each of the honor guests were presented with silver tea ball? in spoon shape, which were attractively wrapped, representing a bride's dress and veil.
