'editor; the other day my, wife sed~n?ike, i want you to go up town to a bargain aail next sadday and help me to get a ?et of them dishes that junk & junk will sell to the.first 25 wimmen who comes in their stoar when they open up, and opnef count of my last case of side pluripy, i can't knock and pueh like j once could, so i says o, k., as i slipped my brass nux into my pocket/ well saddfty priorping come on time as usual and me and my wife left v. home befoar day light arj.d we got to town befoar the' poleesmen had all woke dp ?l"all-nite caff" which never clones, and i nays?it look* like we in too soon, ami aha says- so it do, and we went in th? cuff and net down and a feller fetched us a glues of waiter and handed me a little paper to read. we drunk the watter, and ever little while the man would come back and say, ham, aigs, huff fry, stew, an. soforth, but we never let on like we understood him, so we just set there where it was warm waiting on the stoara to open. ,uftcr drinking 6 or 6 glasses of watter a piece, w^,. went on up the street and stood in the door of junk & junk. mr. jhon junk was the first one to come and he shot the door when he went in and then jim junk he come and went in and shot the door and then their clerk, sallie junk, come and she shot the door and there we was waiting on the sail to start they hud the winders all plastered up with signs ansoforth, but we peeped through a crack and saw the dishes and my wife just cached to get same. finely at lust, one of the junks ; jerked open the door and jumped ' back to dodge the crowd, hut there ' wasscnt noboddy to go in but me i and the old lady and he looked mad | and comments to cuss mr. hoover and the tariff for hard times, and we . said where is them dishes and he | said which dishes, and sed them | that the first 25 wimmen was to buy- this morning, and he sed here they is and martched us over to a little flatform with some chiny ware on same marked "was so he cut them to 2$ and ci)K and my wife bought 2 sets when we got reddy to pay for same, mr. junk turned my check over and looked at it so long, i seel let me see it, and when he handed it to me, i tore it up and we got mad and left. so, mr. editor, noboddy ain't getting hurt this yr. at bargain sails, rite or foam if you bought anny of these dishes. yores trulie, mike Clark, rfd.
