Taylor received information regarding the location of a still in tne Buffalo section, and accompanied "by some of the citixens of the community went to the place, where he found a copfier stilling outfit of about ten or more gallons capacity, two barrels of mash and other para- j phernalia necessary t<* the operation of the still. No one was found at the still, but since its discovery Connie Payne has been arrested on 'the charge of operating it, he having in his possession Evidence connected therewith, the Magistrate stated.
