They do everything in cason to make the boys drive earo ully and at a moderate rate. Their oh is not an ea'sy one, for most boys re hard headed and prone to drive ast, but the fact remains that the cachers are careful and watchful for the welfare of their boys. A pretty good rule weuld be for parents to keep at home any boys that cannot be trusted to obey exactly and with out question the teacher in- charge of the tea m. The license on any business or occupation not named in the foregoing schedule shall be fixed by the Mayor and Clerk.# Sec. VIII. Wherever* in this or? dinanee the terms "persons, firm, company, corporation or party" are used, the same shall include not only the principals, but in their ab sence shall include any agent, clerk or employee having charge, man agement or control of the business calling, occupation or profession re ferred to, and such agent, clerk or employee shall be subject to the penalties herein imposed for failure to comply with the terms and re quirements of this ordinance, in the same manner as if he, she or they were principals or proprietors. Sec. IX. This ordinance shall go into effect on and from the first d*v of May, A. D. 1925, and all ordi nances or parts of ordinances in con flict herewith arc berebv repealed.
