DcePortes, prominent Col umbia financier, in which she sued for $150,000 in an alleged breach of promise action. The trial started Wednesday morning, and the jury was out all of last night. Mrs. McDon ald alleged that ?he and Mi*. DasPortes lmd lived together as man and wife for 20 that they had been west together, registering at hotels as man and wife; aiul that he bad paid, her many attention# and that he left her recently.
