Timelier Dent at lisuieaster. Rev. J. H. T hacker, pastor of the Lancaster Methodist Church, died at the parsoinrge on (lay Street Sunday morn ing at six' o'clock. He had been ili only three day*. Thursday afternoon Mrs, Tfracker fouud him unconscious in his study and his condition at once was not considered serious. He failed, how ever, to improve and a day later began to grow worse and this continued until the end <w?e Sunday morning. lie was about years old. His body wa* ship ped Sunday afternoon to St, Matthews where the funeral service* were held yesterday. iMr. Th acker came to Lancaster in December, this being his first year as pasto^ of the church here. His gen eral health was not good and a mouth ago his daughbou, Mitt JHrnmy Beth Thacker, dietl in a hospital in Columbia.
