C? and by the authority of the same that the following taxes be, and the same are hereby levied for the current year from the 1st. day of January, 1913. to the 31st d&y of December, 1913. Sec. 1. A tax of 12 mills on each and eveiry dollar of real and person al property within the corpoate lim its of the City of Camden, S. C., on the 1st day of January, 1913. Sec. 2. That all able bodied male persons between the ageaof twenr ty-one and sixty years, residing withi nthe corporate limts of the City of Camden, S.
