City Council of Camden, Camden, S. C., Feb. 7th, 1910, He It Ordained by the City Council of Camden, S. C., in due session as sembled the 7th day of February, 1(J10: Section I. No person, firm or cor poration shall, within any building, within the corporate limits of the Citv of Camden, store, manufacture or keep for sale or keep for use in any art, trade or manufacture, - or domestic purposes, any liquid which will emit an inflamable vapor nt a temperature below 110 degrees Fahrenheit, as test ed in G Tagiiabue's closed Pyrome ter, except that if kept in closed metal cans or bottles, not exceeding one gal lon of gasoline, bcnz'no or naphtha may be kept in any building, within the corporate limits of the Ciiy of Caii'deij. Provided that thjs shall not appl\ to gasoline stored in the tank! of an'y' automobile of standard make, whether used for individual use* or kept for hire; and provided further that this shall not apply to the gasoline kept in the tank of any automobile of st in dard make which may be "left, tempo rarily, in any repair garage, for a period not exceeding seven (7) days. r .Section If. Section IV. No peffcon, firm or cor poration, within the corporate limits of the City, of Camden, shall store,* manufacture or keep for sale, or keep for use in any art, trade or manufac ture or for domestic purposes, ar.y calcium carbide, unless same is kept in water-tight inetal cans, having a capacity r.ot exceeding one hundred (100) pound* each, the ajfxreirate quan tity not to exceed six hundred (H00) pounds, provided that such cans of carbide be stored In a dry, water proof, well ventilated place, and not more than one broken package kept on the premises at any one time Section V. No person, firm or cor poration shali transport, store, keep, manufacture or sell any dynamite, ni troglycerine or other substances or compounds highly explosivo and of low stability, w ithin the corporate lim its of the City of Camden.
