IVlnCulhtugh, of the Ureenvile Bar an one learned in the law. his Kxcellency I). C. Hevwardas the (iovenor of the State of South Carolina ha* duly commissioned the said Honor able Joseph A. McCuIIoukIi a Special Judge to preside over said Special or Kxtra Term of the Court of Common Pieaa of Kershaw County in the State aforesaid. Now, therefore. I do order n Special or Kxtra Term of the Court ol Common Pleas of Kershaw County in the State aforesaid to he hohlen at Cnmden in said County ami State, bc^innim; on the first Mondav of December next and continuing for two weeks thereafter if so much time be necessary and do order that the Honorable Joseph A McCul hxigh as Special Judge do preside over the same said < ourt.
