Pattern's bill to re-arrange tho cougresaiouul dis tricts passed. D. E. Keel, of Lee county, was uuseatod by a voto of 02 to 1(5 after a disouasion of over two hours. Fourteenth Day.?- There was an other short skirmish ovor tho Patton bill to re-arrange the oot^ressional districts, which passed its e&oud read ing in the House Wednesday night Blease moved . to re commit i Patton moved to table Mr. Blease's-' motion. Patton's motion prevailed by k vote of 40 to 11. The question was then whether or not the bill should be or dered to e third reading. The bill was paseed by a vote cf 58 to 47. J. L. Bobinson eaid that this looked like speoial legis lation against buzzards. By a rote of 54 to 84 tbe House refused to pass the Mr. Floyd's .bill to amend the 'pension law was killed on its second reading. The bill provided that th* pensioners under class A, should re ceive $76, underclass B, ?50, and uu dar class C, S30 per annum. It also provides for the abolition of the town ship pension boards.
