Governors of all the Southern States are issuing to prospective chairmen throughout the South let t' rs appointing representative people chairmen for International Golden Rule Sunday (December 2). Golden Rule Sunday originated in Geneva, through delegates to the League of Nations, who saw the need of some thing finer and stronger than armies and navies to preserve World Peace and who recommended that on one day yearly all nations observe the Golden Rule. Americans are asked to obsorve the day by eating a simple meal and remembering the orphans of the World War. Contributions will go to the Near East Relief to help provide for over 32,000 children still under its care. Our own Pres ident, Governors of other states, kings and other rulers, prominent men and women the world over, en dorse Golden Rule Sunday.
