The measure was prepared by W. F. Stevenson ' of the SCheraw bar. The measure will also provide for the comple'ion ot the buildings at State Park. A bond i issue of $1.">00.000 on the old asylum property in Columbia is contemplated , by the measure. The bill in full follows: , !
