Judge Watts passed sentence on Henry Kee, for the muriier of Sam Dye. and Mack Hood, for the murder of Walker Dunlap, sentencing the into hang on December 8. Doth parties are negros. These will be the first legal hangings in Lancaster in twenty one years. The last hanging was that of Roach Catoe and Will Clyburn for the murder i of Gus Hennis. Out of the twelve' murder cases to come up at this term, all except two were tried. Two were convicted of murder in thp first degree, one with the recommendation to mercy, and one of manslaughter-Fort Mill Times. On account of the absence of the rector. Rev. A. S.
