High News BY CLARE TURNER Mrs. David Beaty is a new teacher’s aide, working with Miss Irene Hipp who teaches eigth-grade mathematics, ninth grade Algebra I, and tenth- grade Algebra II. She helps with assignments, writing out absentee slips, keeping the classes when Miss Hipp leaves the room, and many other duties. The Physical Education Building is almost completed. A covered walkway will run from the far right side of the school building to the Physical Education Building. Report cards were issued .recently. During the Thanksgiving Holidays, Janet Crawford and her family visited her grand parents in Statesville, N. C. and Eleanor Pitts visited her cousins in Birmingham, Ala. Also during the holidays, the eighth grade Cantesuta Camp graduate of the University of South Carolina where he served as editor of the student news paper. He is a past president of the S. C.
