Mr. Bagwell is a member of the Broken Arrow Arch ery Club of Clinton and the S.C. Archery Asso ciation. Each year the club awards a trophy to the member who kills the largest deer. S, 72. Laurens County coroner Marshall Pressley identified the victim as Okey Duvale of Florida. The coroner said an eyewitness to the 11:35 a.m. accident was Richard Hemm- inger of Lyons, Mich., driver of a car, traveling in the same direction of the van-type truck and trailer. The driver of the truck was listed by Pressley as Edward Howard, also of Stuart. According to the investiga tion. Companions of the victim re ported Duvale was ill when they left Shelby, N. C., at 7 a.m. Monday. "These high school centers, located in all sections of the state, can now establish classes for veterans that will satisfy VA require ments,* said Marvin Busbee, Chief Supervisor of Veterans Education in the State Office of Adult Education. Twenty-five local adult education programs for vet erans have already been set up this fall, Busbee added, and ad ditional tmes are being estab lished as the need arises. High school programs for veterans must schedule 240 clock-hours ' of in-class instruction, which is generally being scheduled 7 and 1/2 hours per week for a 32-week period.
