David B. Parr, 1230 McMor-
ris Street in Newberry, has
been named Assistant Plant
Manager of Joanna Plants Nos.
13, 14, and 16 of Greenwood
Mills.
Parr had previously worked
as carding and spinning de
partment Superintendent of Jo
anna Plant No. 14, and prior
to that had been first shift
carding department Supervisor
in Joanna No. 14.
. He is a graduate of Ersldne
Cellege, and also has complet
ed an ICS textile manufacturing
course.
Parr is married to the for
mer Margaret Ervin, and they
have two children, Ravenel and
David, Jr. The family attends
Newberry Associate Reformed
Presbyterian Church.
