Mrs. Annie Mae Caughman spent Christmas with Mr. and Mrs. Gene Floyd and family in Greenwood. Mrs. Hampton W^gins, Mrs. Mark Wallace, Junior Cwlnn, and Mrs. Ralph Bearden visited Mrs. Carrie Gwinn in Inman, who is seriously ill. Mr. and Mrs. George Pruitt had as their guests for Christ mas dinner Mr. and Mrs. Ed Pruitt and children of Hamburg; Mr. and Mrs. Hilton Pruitt and children of Aiken; Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Pruitt and children and Mr. and Mrs. Vernon Freeman and children of Ninety-Six; and Mr. and Mrs. James Pruitt and son of this city. Terry Stroud of Daytona, Fla., spent a few days with her grand parents, Mr. and Mrs. B. R. ‘Stroud. Mr. and Mrs. B. B. Stroud and Mr. and Mrs. Ruben Stroud and family visited Mrs. B. B. Stroud’s sister, Mrs. Lula Will ard in Union over the holidays. Mr. and Mrs. Hubert Leopard visited his parents, Mr. and Mrs. George Lei^pard near Saluda, Sat urday. Mr. and Mrs. Press Chaney attended the wedding of Miss Pau line Livingston and Lewis Hayne Davis in Newberry on Saturday, Dec. 27. Miss Sara Nell Heaton spent a tew days during the Christmas holidays with Mrs. Otis Jeffer son and family in Greenwood. Sunday evening guests of Mr. and Mrs. Hubert Leopard were his brother and sister-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Walter Leopard and sor. Larry, of Ninety-Six. Mr. and Mrs. K. P. Goff of Windsboro spent the Christmas holidays with Mr. and Mrs. Ed ward Prince and family. S/$gL and Mrs. W. E. Olbrish at Ft. Bragg, N. C. and Mr. and Mrs. Randell Farmer and sons at this city spent the Christ mas holidays with Mr. and Mrs. Claude Farmer. Vaughn. Mr. and Mrs. Aaron Gambrell of Laurens were supper guests on Sunday night of Mr. and Mrs. William Dominick. Mr. and Mrs. Billy Ray Heaton and son visited Mr. and Mrs. Wendell Robertson and son in Greenville, Christmas Eve. Mr. and Mrs. R. N. Alford and son, Clint, ofCharlotte.N. C. spent the weekend with Mr. and Mrs. W. M. Vaughn. The bride chose a light blue dress with black accessories. Mrs. Gambrell was graduated from Clinton Hgh School in 1968. They are both employed at the Torrington Company.
