F. Patterson County Savings Bonds Chairman. In the state, total sales of Series E and H Savings Bonds and Savings Notes amounted to $2,332,522, reports Robert G. Clawson, State Chairman of the U. S. Savings Committee. In the nation, combined sales of E and H Bonds and Savings Notes totalled $419 million - a 13-year peak for any July. Recent figures of the U. S.
