Adams in Ware Shoals, Sunday. Mrs. Ray Cauble spent the weekend with Mrs. Inez Hen drix in Whitmire and also visit ed Mrs. Hendrix’s borther, James Godfrey, who is ill. Mrs. Terri Cockrane is visit ing her husband’s parents, Sgt and Mrs. Major Cochrane in Jacksonville, Ala. She also at tended the graduation of her sis ter-in-law, Debbie Cochrane. Mrs. Terri Cochrane will meet her husband in Birmingham, Ala. and will visit her mother, Mrs. Frances Switzer, here before going to Denver, Colo., where he will be stationed. Mrs. David Owens spent a few days with her sister, Mrs. W. H. McCarter in Greer. On Sunday Mr. and Mrs. James Craine were guests of Mr. and Mrs. Alonzo Leopard and Mr. and Mrs. Carl Craine in Colum bia. LIEDERKRANZ COCKTAIL TREATS 1 (4-ounce) package Liederkranz soft ripened cheese 1 tablespoon prepared mustard 1 (9-ounce) package Butter Crescent flaky rolls 24 cocktail frankfurters In a small bowl, beat cheese and mustard to other until well-blended, 'pen rolls; unroll dough; separate into 8 precut tri angles. Olando, Fla., is spend ing a two week leave with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. James Caughman near Union before re porting to Jacksonville, Fla., for duty. Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Tucker and children of Laurens were Sunday guests of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Claude Smith Sr. Guests of Mr. and Mrs. Wal ter McAlister on Sunday were Mrs. William Butler and son, Billy, of Laurens; Mr. and Mrs. Richard Frady and children of near Clinton; and Mr. and Mrs. Jackie McAlister and children of near Greenwood. Mrs. Hayne Workman Jr., spent the weekend with Mr. and Mrs. Horace Payne and Buzzy at their home on Lake Green wood. Mrs. W. F. Mitchell has re turned from a visit to her daugh ter, Mrs. Tucker, and family in Cary, N.C. Everett Davis is a patient in Self Memorial Hospital in Green wood. Mr. and Mrs. W. M. Leaman were recent visitors in Rock Hill. Mr. and Mrs. Bill Simpson of Clinton visited Mr. and Mrs. G. E. Boazman on Sunday. Bethabara Baptist Church will hold its annual homecoming on June 8.
