Three leagues will be form ed: one for the 8 and 9 year olds, consisting of four teams; one for the 10 and 11 year olds, consisting of four teams; and one league for Jr, High School ages 12 and 13 years old. Teams will be made up with two teams from Bailey Flementary School - one 8 and 9 year old team - and one 10 and 11 year old team. Two teams will come from Joanna Elementary School in the same age groups and four teams will come from the Clinton Element ary School - two teams in each of the younger age groups. In the Jr, High School age, one team will come from Joanna and three from the Clinton Jr. HighSchool. Flag football is a game of foot ball that requires no equipment in the sense that we think of regu lar football. A belt with two flags is placed around each boy who is eligible to carry the ball. No tackling of the runner or no body blocking is allowed. A player may use stand-up blocking along the line of scrim mage but downfield blocking is not permitted. The play ends when one of the ball carriers flags has been se cured by a defensive player and placed on the ground at point of detachment. Office Bldg, 220 West Main St. Clinton, S. C.
