this weekend while Mr. and Mrs.
Brown fly to Phoenix, Arizona to
attend a meeting of Jayceepresi-
dents of North Carolina. They will
return on the weekend.

with the Navy Department. His

Capt. and Mrs. D. M. Adair
and son, Jim have returned to
Clinton for a visit with their
parents, Mr. and Mrs. Taylor
Martin and Mr. and Mrs. 1. Mac
Adair. Capt. Adair has just com
pleted a 3-year tour of duty in
England. On July 15, Capt. Adair
will leave for a year’s tour of
duty in Korea. Mrs. Adair and
son will remain in Clinton.
Mr. and Mrs. Bunky Blalock
are making their home in Char
lotte, N. C. where Mr. Blalock
has accepted a position with the
Charlotte, N. C. National Bank.

of Clinton, and now living in the
Presbyterian Home, Summer
ville, is visiting friends in Clin
ton.

Mr. and Mrs. J. P. Sloan have
returned from Cambridge, Mass,
where they attended graduation
exercises at Harvard. Their son,
James Sloan, Jr. was a member
of the graduating class. The
Sloans also visited Mrs. Sloan’s
sister, Mrs. J. Richard Gray
and family in Bethesda, Mary
land.
