' He completed the telephone equipment specialist course conducted by the Air Training Command which provides technical and specialized edu cation programs for the na tion's aerospace force. Surviving also are a daugh ter, Mrs. Henry (Sara) Eng lish, Jr., of Spartanburg; two sons, Sidney Riser of Ander son, and Richard E. Riser of Prattville, Ala.; a sister, Mrs. W. J.
