A native of Greenville County, she was a daughter of the late Susan Crawford Lusk. She had lived in the Waterloo community for 25 ygafg. and was a member of Reedy Grove Pentecostal Holiness Church. Her hus band was the late Charlie Davenport. Surviving are a son, Tha- mer C. Davenport of Watcr- of Mrs. T. C. Johnson, and Frances Madden of Water loo; one granddaughter, and four great-grandchldren. Funeral services were con ducted Wednesday at 3:30 p. m. at Reedy Grove Pente costal Holiness Church by Rev. Surviving in addition to her husband are a son, Er's- kine Thomason of the home; two daughters, Miss Maxine Thomason of Columbia, and Jr., of Knoxville, Tenn.; Mrs. A. E. (Dorfsl Stevens, three brothers, Roy E. and Harry M. Turner of Green ville, and Sam M. Turner of Charleston; and four sis ters, Mr*. Sam X. Snoddy of Rockingham, N. C.; Mrs. G. V. Simms of Johnson City, Tenn.; Mrs. C. H. Colvin of Dayton, Ohio; and Mrs. Ed ward Burdette of Greenville. Funeral services were con ducted Saturday at 4:00 p. m. at Chestnut Ridge Bap tist Church by Rev. F. M. . Julian. Burial was in the church cemetery.
