Coleman was honor ed with a bachelor’s dinner Saturday at Panorama Lodge by his groomsmen, Harold Cor ley and Robert Bailey. Mr. Coleman was married Sunday afternbon to Miss Judy Reid of Lanford. Training Session For Horizon Clubs The Horizon Club leaders of the Clinton Council of Camp Fire Girls met for a training session Monday evening at the Clinton Mills Community Cen ter. Leader for the session was Mrs. Larry Savelkoul. All of the horizon club groups were represented, from the Lewa, Petaaga, and Kadoka Districts. Citation Presented To Local Auxiliary The September meeting of the American Legion Auxiliary was held Tuesday evening, Sept. 21, at the Perry Moore’s cottage on Lake Greenwood. A picnic supper was enjoyed followed with a musical pro gram given by Mr. Harry Bouk- night and the members of his ’’Stage Band”. Coleman. Hostesses for the occasion were Mrs. George Harlan, Mrs. Don Har lan, Mrs. C. B. Parsons, Mrs. Alex Babb, Mrs. Bud Baldwin and Miss Bell Patterson. The honor guest’s chair was decorated with a bridal motif and she was presented a minia ture corsage of a bride and groom entwined in net. Following several games and bridal contests, Miss Reid was presented the lovely shower gifts. Party refreshments and bride’s cakes were served. Republican Women Elect New Officers A special meeting of the Lau rens County Republican Wo men’s Club was held on Septem ber 20th at the home of Mrs. Ted Anderson, Overbrook Drive, Laurens.
