Mrs. Finley was born at Lau rens and was a daughter of the late Frank and Teresa (Fin ley) Martin. Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Mary Templeton of Laurens and Mrs. Walter Cor bett of Ware Shoals; and four brothers, J. Frank Martin Jr. of Laurens and W. H. Martin, David B. Martin and Robert R. Martin of Anderson. Double funeral services were conducted Wednesday at 11 a. m. at Washington Baptist Church by Dr. J. E. Rouse. Burial was in Greenvville Me morial Gardens. CAPT. E. P. GARTMAN To Leave for Viet Nam Capt. E. P. Gartman left this week for an assignment with the First Logistics Command in Viet Nam for a period of one year. Capt. Gartman, formerly sta tioned at Third Army headquar ters, Ft. McPherson, Ga., was awarded the first oak leaf clus ter to the Army Commendation Medal for meritorious service while assigned there. Mrs. Gartman, the former Ann King, and two sons, Bryan, 3, and Keith, 11, will live here with her mother, Mrs. George N. King, Sr., at 204 Caldwell Street, while he is away. Caft. Gartman and his family are here now prior to his departure.
