Laurens Federal Raises Interest Rate Eston W. Page, president of the Laurens Federal Savings and Loan Association, has am nounced that the 1686 antici pated dividend rate for the as sociation will be 414% per year. The first such dividend will be due on June 30, 1966. He further reported that the assocation paid during the year 1964 to its more than 6100 sav ers and investors almost one- half million dollars in divi dends: and the asaodatkm has had another successful year of growth both in savings and home loans.
