Smith, Jr. To Tour Europe With Rutgers Univ. Chorus Francis V. Smith. Jr. of Clin ton, a senior at Rutger* Univer sity, New Brunswick, N. J., will perform with the Rutgers Male Chorus at the Bergen Interna tional Festival in Norway June 6. The 80-voice chorus has been invited to appear at the festival in * Joint performance with the Yale University Wind Symphony. The Yale aggregation also num bers about 60 members. Both groups will leave for Nor way June 4 and will be guests of Um Norwegian government during their stay there. Follow ing the festival appearance, they will tour western Europe, pre senting concerts in Norway, Den mark, West Germany and The Netherlands. They will return home June 30. Smith is the son of Lt.
