Here is the recently-completed Clinton Bearings Piant of the Torrington Company which has t>egun lim ited production, a division of the company with horn*' offices in Connecticut. The plant, which will manufac ture bearings for the knitting industry, covers an area of 140,000 square feet and cost approximately $6,000,- 000. Daniel Construction Co. of Greenville^was the con tractor for the building which is on a 160-acre site on the old Clinton-Laurens road. Employees will be added as they are trained and machines and equipment moved in. Employees will number al>out 250 when the plant is in full production. Robert B.
