William Blackwell Loses His FaHier William Warren BlackweU, 74 father of William Blackwell of East Walnut St., died late Wed nesday night at a Florence hos pital after a long illness. He was a retired railroad engineer. Services were held at Florence Friday afternoon. In addition to his widow, sur vivors include another son, a sis ter and three brothers.
