We need not think, then, that the things we need for our bodies are sinful. It is not sinful to enjoy our meals We may drink when thirsty. When we are tired, it is no sin to sleep. However, we need not be, we must not be slaves to our bodies. If ( our spirits are being ruled over by our bodies, it is necessary to fight bravely against that tyranny.
