Puckett, Mr and Mrs Earl Bryant. MRS. DORA MORGAN Mrs Dora Manley Whitmire Mor gan. 81, died Thursday afternoon at the home of her daughter;. Mrs Joe Mitchell, in Charlotte, N C , after several years of declining health. She was a native of Spartanburg county, but had made her'home in Joanna for a number of years be fore going to Charlotte 18 months ago to make her home with her daughter, Mrs. Mitchell. She was a daughter of the late T Brown and Mary McClellan Manley. She was a member of the Baptist Church She was marned twice Her first marriage was to Banister M Whit mire, who died a number (4 years ago From this union survive four dau ghters, Mrs Mitchell of Charlotte; Mrs Joe Purdy of Clinton Mrs | Nell Ellison of Joanna; and Mrs R K Fulmer of Covington Ga i; a son. William B Whitmire of the U S. Air Force, Washington. D. C.; 15 grandchildren and li great grandchildren.
