COUNTY OF LAURENS CITY OF CLINTON NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Resolution adapt ed by the City Council of the City of Clinton, South Carolina, a SPEC IAL ELECTION will be held in the City of Clinton, South Carolina, on TUESDAY. APRIL 12. 1960. for th^ purpose of submitting to the quali fied electors of said City the ques tion: .• Shall the City of Clyjtan adopt the city manager plan of government - ’ Persons may vote for or against the proposal The polling places for said Elec tron will be located at City Hall for Clinton Precinct No. 1, at Hampton Avenue School for Clinton^ No. 2 Precinct, and at Chntnn Mills Com munity House for Clinton Mills Pre cinct. The polls will be opened at 8 o'clock in the forenoon and will be closed at 6 o'clock in the afternoon on the date fixed for the election.
