BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF LAURENS COUNTY HOSPITAL M S. BOYD. CHAIRMAN December 10, 1959 D31-4* Mrs. Schofield Gray Court—Mrs. Gallic McMinn Schofield, 69, wife of the late W. W. Schofield, died at 6:30 a. m. Tuesday at a Fountain Inn clinic af ter a serious illness of one week and one year of declining health. She was born in Henderson Coun- yt, N. C., and had lived in the Dials community of Laurens County for the last 34 years. She was a mem ber of Dials Methodist Church. Surviving are three sons, seven daughters, one brother, a half-sinter, 26 grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Funeral services were conducted Wednesday at 4:00 p. m. at Dials Methodist Church by the Rev. R. J. Bring man and the Rev. M. B. Lee. Burial was in the church cemetery. Mrs. Hubert Brown of Greenville; and Mrs. Charles A. Batson of Co lumbia; two brothers, Hugh E. Vin cent of Varnville; and Henry E Vincent of Spartanburg; two sisters, Mrs. Lalla V. Tison of Savannah, Ga.; and Mrs. Nannie V. Sullivan of Varnville; and 14 grandchildren. Funeral services were conducted Sunday at 4:00 p. m. at the First Presbyterian Church by the Rev Chalmers S. McCutchen. Burial was in Forest Lawn cemetery. Nephews were pallbearers, and the honorary escort consisted of of ficers of the First Presbyterian Church and members of the Lau rens County Medical Society.
