Tony, 5, and Sidney Blane, 2, narrowly skim med over the treetops bordering the pasture as it made a forced landing after its engine failed while flying at 4,000 feet. The plane was badly damaged.* The Prevettes were enroute ot Danville, Va., from Fort Benning, Ga., where Sgt. Prevete is a para trooper. They had planned to visit their parents in the Virginia city. The pasture in which the plane skidded to a stop belongs to John Earl Smith.
