On Tuesday night members of the State Board will give a program. All members of Fairview are requested to enroll in a class. All interested persons are , invited to attend. The Shady Grove Home Demon stration Club met Tuesday, May 5, at 3:30 at the club house. Meeting was presided over by Mrs. J. 0. Hueble. president. Devotional was given by Mrs. J. P. Johnson. Pro gram consisted of reports from chairmen of standing committees. And a panel discussion on ‘What Makes a Good Club Member.” Members taking part on panel were Mrs Newman Shouse, moderator; panel members, Mrs. J. C. Nabors, Mrs. Jim Evans and Mrs. J. O. Hueble. The panel emphasized that a good club member is loyal, active, familiar with object of club, tact ful. cooperative, trustworthy, appre ciative and enthusiastic. Members of the club displayed flower arrangements that had been made at class that meets each Thursday night. During social hour Mrs. Mildred Cause and Mrs. Jim F.vans served refreshments.
