William Weir, Miss Marie Weir and Janice were dinner guests Sun day of Rev. and Mrs. W. Harry Chandler and family in Winns boro. Mrs. L. B. Chandler returned with them for a visit with her sister, Mrs. J. F. Weir. Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Walter Leopard near Ninety-Six. Mr. and Mrs. B. F. Jones of Boyn ton Beach, Fla., visited Mr. and Mrs. H. A. Adams the past week end. They were enroute to Florida after visiting in Burlington, Vt. LYDAS VISIT MT. LAKES Mr. and Mrs. Frank Lyda and family eajeyed boating at Mt. Lakes near Chester recently. Mr. and Mrs. Douglas McWaters and sons, Benny and Barry, of Winnsboro, spent the week end with Mr. and Mrs. W. D. McWaters. They also visited Mrs. Evelyn Sams and son. James Smitherman, Mr. and Mrs. Ray Smitherman, of Atlanta, Ga., were week-end visitors of Mr. and Mrs. M. D. Smitherman. Mrs. Rose Prather of Whitmire, spent Friday with Mr. and Mrs. C.
