Die public is cordalily invited to attend these and all services of the church. CHRISTMAS PARTY FRIDAY Die annual Lydia Christmas party will be held in the lunch room of Providence school. \ The party for the Lydia employ ees and their families will begin at 8 o’clock Frdiay morning and will last until 6:00 p. m Punch, coffee, cookies, candy, and popcorn .will be served through out the day. Bags of fruit will be given to everyone with a ticket that was given the head of each family. Santa Claus will be present all during the day for the kiddies to see and talk to. METHODIST PROGRAM SUNDAY On Sunday evening a special Christmas hymn festival will be held at the Lydia Methodist Church at 7 o’clock. Along with the congregational singing there will be special music. Howard Byers is in charge of the special music. , Everyone is invited to sing their favorite hymn at thw service. The public Is invited by the pas tor, Rev. James Williams. CHURCH CIRCLE HAS PARTY The Kathleen Walker Circle of the Lydia Baptist Church WMS en joyed the annual Christmas party on Wednehday of last week at the home of Mrs. Clyde Trammell Christinas decorations were in evidence in silver, gold, red and white in the living and dining rooms. An informal hour was enjoyed by the nine members present Refreshments were served at card tables set up la the Iviing room.
